1. Interpretation and Definitions

In this document, the following words and expressions carry the meanings stated unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" refers to the xee88 website together with all services, games and functions available on it.
• "Member" or "You" refers to any individual who has registered an account with xee88.
• "xee88", "We" or "Company" refers to the entity operating this platform under international licensing.
• "Account Balance" refers to the actual cash amount available in a member's account, excluding bonus funds that have not yet met the wagering requirements.
• "Bonus" refers to funds, credits or promotional benefits granted by xee88 to members in accordance with the specified terms.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before the related winnings are eligible for withdrawal.

2. Member Eligibility

To register and use the xee88 platform, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age on the date of registration and throughout the period of platform use.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Not be a citizen or resident of a jurisdiction that specifically prohibits online gambling.
• Not have been declared bankrupt or be in the process of active bankruptcy proceedings.
• Not register on behalf of another person or use a false identity.

xee88 reserves the right to request proof of identity, age and address at any stage. Failure to provide the required documents may result in account suspension or closure.

3. Account Registration

Each member is permitted to hold one account only. Registration of multiple accounts by one individual is strictly prohibited and may result in all such accounts being terminated and balances forfeited.

You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate, complete and up-to-date information during registration.
• Keeping your password and login details confidential.
• Notifying xee88 immediately if you suspect your account has been compromised.
• Ensuring that all activities carried out through your account are lawful and authorised by you.

4. Deposits and Payment Methods

xee88 accepts deposits via the following payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, and cryptocurrencies including USDT, BTC and ETH.

Deposit terms:

• The minimum deposit per transaction is RM20 for all payment methods.
• All deposits must be made from an account or wallet in the member's own name. Use of third-party payment methods is prohibited.
• xee88 reserves the right to hold or return any suspicious deposit while an investigation is carried out.
• Any charges or fees imposed by third-party payment providers are the member's sole responsibility.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawals from an xee88 account are subject to the following terms and procedures:

• The minimum withdrawal per request is RM100.
• Withdrawal processing is typically completed within 5 to 30 minutes after the request is approved.
• Withdrawals may only be made to an account or wallet registered in the member's own name.
• xee88 reserves the right to carry out compliance checks before approving a withdrawal, including requesting supporting documents.
• Bonus funds that have not met the wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

All bonuses offered by xee88 are subject to the specific terms stated alongside each offer. The general terms applicable to the welcome bonus are as follows:

• The xee88 welcome bonus offers a match of 150% on the first deposit, up to a maximum of RM888.
• The wagering requirement is set at 10 times the bonus amount received.
• Calculation example: deposit RM100 → bonus RM150 → balance RM250 → wagering requirement RM150 × 10 = RM1,500.
• Calculation example: deposit RM1,200 → bonus RM888 → balance RM2,088 → wagering requirement RM888 × 10 = RM8,880.
• Only one welcome bonus is permitted per new member.
• xee88 reserves the right to cancel bonuses or void bets that are deemed to be in breach of the promotion terms.

7. Betting Rules and Platform Use

All bets and gaming activity on the xee88 platform must comply with the following rules:

• The use of automated software, bots, AI tools or any technical means to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited.
• Coordinating bets with other members to obtain bonuses or guarantee winnings falls under the category of fraud.
• xee88 reserves the right to void bets and withhold winnings obtained through means that violate these rules.
• Any technical interruption occurring during a game session will be resolved based on valid server records. xee88's decision in such matters is final.
• Members agree not to use the platform for any unlawful activities, including money laundering.

8. Account Closure and Suspension

xee88 reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account without prior notice if:

• There is a breach of any part of these terms and conditions.
• The member is involved in fraudulent activity, system manipulation or bonus abuse.
• The member provided false information during registration or identity verification.
• There is a legal compliance requirement or instruction from a relevant authority.

Members may also close their own account at any time by contacting our customer support. Any valid cash balance will be processed in accordance with the standard withdrawal procedure, subject to a final review.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, xee88 is not liable for:

• Any financial losses incurred by a member as a result of their own betting decisions.
• Service disruptions caused by factors beyond xee88's control, including internet infrastructure outages or third-party technical issues.
• Any indirect, consequential or loss-of-opportunity damages arising from use of the platform.
• Actions or failures of third-party payment providers that are beyond xee88's control.

xee88's total liability to any member under any circumstances shall not exceed the actual deposit amount made by that member in the 30 days prior to the claim being made.

10. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution

These terms and conditions are interpreted and governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which xee88 is licensed. Should any dispute arise between a member and xee88, the following procedure will be followed:

• Members are required to contact the xee88 customer support team first to resolve any complaint internally.
• If an internal resolution is not satisfactory, the matter may be referred to the regulatory body or arbitration panel designated by the licensing authority.
• All communications relating to disputes must be conducted in Malay or English.

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to be in full force and effect.
